Who we are
One year ago, Collective Motion formally became Central Studio’s outreach program as a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization in order to continue building a brighter St. Louis future by positively impacting lives of children through integrated arts programming and providing services that improve the health and wellness for people of all ages.
What we do
We inspire movement for life. Collective Motion collaborates with local professionals and student artists to share & create art-inspired, interactive experiences that educate and empower people of all ages to make positive life choices. We produce special events, dance and fitness wellness training, and performance scholarships for students in need. We create experiences that transform lives.
Collective motion provides meaningful experiences that help develop individuals, strengthen relationships, and expose the life-altering discovery of positive decicion making. From full length mainstage productions to arts integration training uniting students and professionals to in school character education programs that grow elementary students and shape a positive culture for our youth, each of our programs is intentionally rooted in transformation.

What We've Achieved
Developed our Character Education program for elementary school students, which we offer to individual schools or entire districts.
Built a ‘Courageous Commissions’ project, offering enrichment programs that guide students to think and act globally.
Provide training and performance scholarships to students in need.
Annual mainstage innovative productions collaborating with student and professionals of dance, visual, musical, literature and culinary art disciplines.
Pay a fair wage to professional artists who contribute excellence to our community, and bring innovative educational opportunities for students.
